The Data set that has been used for this article was collected by a survey conducted by Google forms from University student in order to examine their current academic situation and mental health. You can find all my calculations, visualizations and datasets that I used in this analysis in my Githubpage here.
Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make healthy choices. Mental health is important at every stage of life, from childhood and adolescence through adulthood. But, poor mental health is a problem that appears more and more in adolescence. Feelings of anxiety, depression and panic attack deluge the youth, causing behavioral and bad temper problems in them. I used a dataset from Kaggle, which is from a questionnaire on the effects of mental health on University students' CGPA. It is a rather small sample but it can say a lot about student's mental health and if this is related to their academic situation.
Grouping our dataset by their age we can observe that:

According to World Health Organization (WHO), adolescence is a crucial period for developing social and emotional habits important for mental well-being. These include adopting healthy sleep patterns; exercising regularly; developing coping, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills; and learning to manage emotions. Protective and supportive environments in the family, at school and in the wider community are important.
In this survey, all the students that answered that they have mental health problems were also asked if they sought any specialist treatment. The outcome is rather disappointed as the majority of them didn't ask for help of any kind, as we can see from the outcomes below.
This is a problem that should be treated from a young age and everyone should be involved school, parents and families and healthcare providers.
